The Chancellor is introduced by the Gungear as simply ‘Chancellor’, but his health bar reads ‘His Majesty’s Chancellor’.The Chancellor’s attacks are intended to mimic those of the Bullet King in Enter the Gungeon.Fires 2 spreads of 3 bullets in the direction of the player.Slams down to the bottom of the screen, releasing a ring of bullets around itself.Fires a spiral of bullets all around itself.Fires 12 lots of 4 bullets each around itself, each a standard distance apart.In his role as a Boss of Exit the Gungeon, he appears to have taken command of the Bullet King’s throne and is using it to his own ends, possibly using it, as a device, to escape the Gungeon. The Chancellor (also known as ‘ His Majesty’s Chancellor’) is a Boss in Exit the Gungeon, and a reoccurring character from Enter the Gungeon where he appears as Chancellor to the Bullet King. ![]()
